Use Support when something in Agile Hub looks unclear, unavailable or inconsistent with your Octopus Energy account. Agile Hub provides guidance only; Octopus Energy remains the source of truth for your account, tariff, meter and billing information.

When asking for help, include the page, what happened, what you expected and the device or browser you used. Leave out private credentials, full account details, meter identifiers and screenshots that include private information.
