Energy guidance can be useful only when it respects customer privacy. Agile Hub is designed around a privacy-first posture for account-connected features and support conversations.
Where an account connection is used, Agile Hub focuses on read-only guidance. The public site does not expose raw account or meter identifiers, and support should use a safe User ID reference rather than private account details.
Safe Support Habits
- Use the safe User ID shown in the app when asking for help.
- Do not send passwords, secret keys or full account details in support messages.
- Crop screenshots that include private information before sharing them.
- Use your supplier account as the source of truth for billing, tariff and meter information.
Customer-Safe Public Content
Agile Hub public pages explain concepts at a high level. They should not reveal private account data, raw meter identifiers, credentials or support-only operational details.
Agile Hub provides guidance only. Private account and billing details should be checked with your supplier account and official supplier documents.
